  • Booking & cancellation policy

    We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may have to cancel your appointment. By making an appointment with us you are agreeing with our cancellation policy.

    As a small business, we operate on carefully scheduled time slots to provide each of our valued clients with an exceptional experience during their appointments. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our appointment schedule, which allows us to maintain the quality of service you deserve.

    Holistic Room requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to amend or cancel your booking. Cancellations are accepted by phone (0483 147 123) or by our booking system only.

    Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may decline your appointment due to subsequent bookings.

    CANCELLATIONS

    Should you cancel or amend your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment will be charged and the remaining 50% will be automatically credited to your account. To access this credit for your next booking you can call or text us on 0483 147 123.

    NO SHOWS

    If you miss a scheduled appointment without providing notice, a fee of 100% of your scheduled appointment will be charged.

    BOOKINGS

    We require full upfront payment to secure your appointment.

    At Holistic Room, we understand exceptional circumstances may arise, and you need to cancel within the 24 hours. We may be flexible in these circumstances, and this will be at our discretion.

    We appreciate your understanding.

  • Clinic courtesy

    We ask you to please arrive five minutes earlier than the treatment time to ensure you have filled out the necessary forms that were sent to you via text.

    Please ensure your phone is on silent or switched off. If you do need to make a call, please step outside. Please note that we cannot accommodate time for phone calls and this will cut into your treatment time.

    Please keep in mind that other guests may be relaxing during a treatment and we ask any noise to be kept to a minimum.

    While we love to watch children laugh and play, we also want everyone to enjoy their pamper day. Please do not bring infants and young children to your appointment (unless pre organised) as it can be distracting for other guests and for our therapists to complete their work to the best possible standard.

    We understand and are flexible if you need to come in with your child, however we ask that you speak with us prior to ensure that this will not disrupt any other appointments for other clients, and we can re arrange to a time that will best suit both you and Holistic Room.

    Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if they are having a treatment done.

    We have the right to refuse services if we feel it is within the best interests of the client, employees and Holistic Room.

  • Refund policy

    When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

    All services are non-refundable, non-transferrable and refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We don’t refund for change of mind. We also don’t provide refunds for treatments based on results. Due to the variable nature of the human skin, brow hairs, and lashes it is impossible to guarantee any specific results from a treatment. All treatments are undertaken at your own risk, and we assess treatment ability based on your honesty.

    Any product purchased in store or online that are deemed faulty require proof in physical form or photographic evidence. You may either exchange the faulty product or a credit will be applied to your account which will be at Holistic Room’s discretion.

    No refunds on gift vouchers and they are not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers may be used for the dollar amount toward any product or service at Holistic Room.

    If there is a reaction to a treatment at Holistic Room, photo or physical evidence is required to confirm a reaction within 24-48 hours. If a Holistic Room therapist confirms a reaction, we will suggest the best course of treatment and add a credit to your account. There are no refunds available.

    Holistic Room reserves the right to uphold these policies.

  • Shipping policy

    We ship Australia-wide. All of our skin care and retail products are available via postage! To make an order, head to www.holisticroom.com.au and simply email us with your wish list, contact information and shipping address.

    Delivery times provided by us are estimates. We won’t be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries and please ensure to provide the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and we cannot be held responsible for damaged items after they leave our store.

    Our prices are listed in Australian dollars. GST is included in the price but shipping costs are not and will be added during the checkout process. Our prices are subject to change from time to time.

    We also provide an email gift voucher option, which we will email to your nominated email address within 1 business day. A pick up from Holistic Room is also an option. Please let us know if you’d like to purchase a hard copy in store as our door may be locked during treatment times.

  • Privacy policy

    Your privacy is important to us. It is Holistic Room’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our websites www.holisticroom.com.au, www.dioskin.com.au and in clinic.

    We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

    We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

    Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

    You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
